Paulo Florentino joined the Maritime business in 1985 at Paranagua-Brazil and acquired tons of experience working with maritime agencies, port operators, government authorities, terminals, and all the segments involving port logistics.
To provide marine services at Paranagua Port, Mr. Florentino founded Locaservice in 2001 to attend some local clients as agencies, port operators, and terminals. Over the years, Locaservice grew up, and today provides a wide range of services for the maritime industry at Paranagua and Brazilian ports. Locaservice achieved a high recognition level due to its expertise, integrity, and reliability.
The Locaservice office is located at Paranagua, and its team works 24h per day, 7 days per week to ensure that owners, charterers, and vessels are attended to in all types of marine services.
